Sterling Basketball 2025 - 2026

First Practice - November 4th

All teams Practice 4pm-5pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at the Austin Sports Center Cedar Park

Code of Conduct, Liability Waiver, and Physical must be completed before joining practices. You can find these forms on the downloads tab.

2025 Flag Football - Fall 2025

Practice Schedule:

• Monday 3:10pm - 4:430pm

• Tuesday, and Thursday  3:30pm - 5:00pm

Practices are located at Sterling Classical School. Flag football, practices will be after school on our home field Mondays at 3pm and Tuesdays/Thursdays at 4pm. Practice will start on August 11th.

Player’s are responsible for purchasing cleats, solid black shorts without pockets, and their own water bottle. Jerseys, flags, belts, and wristbands are included in registration fees.

2025 Volleyball - Fall 2025

Practice dates and times: Begins Monday 8/11/2025

Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays - 3:50pm - 5pm @ The Austin Sports Center - 1420 Toro Grande Blvd, Cedar Park

Players are responsible for their own shoes, water bottles, and solid black shorts. Shorts must have a minimum of 5” inseams.
